Samantha Crandall is a Neurotherapist at Neurotherapy of Colorado Springs with a deep passion for the mind-body connection in healing. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development, inspired by her curiosity about how early life experiences shape who we become.

Sam holds certifications in Alpha-Stim and Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES), is a HeartMath® Certified Practitioner, and a certified 200-hour yoga teacher (YTT). Sam received her neurofeedback and qEEG testing training under the guidance of Chris Edwards and Alexa Transtrum. She strongly believes in the power of movement as a form of self-expression and is passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies to support healing and growth.

Her mental health career began as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she discovered a love for working with adolescents. Through this work, she saw firsthand the importance of emotional regulation and self-expression during early development. These experiences motivated her to bring mindfulness practices into her work, helping children build tools for self-awareness and emotional resilience.

Sam is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University. Her focus is on integrating movement, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness to support others on their healing journey.

Sam’s commitment to service began in the United States Air Force, where she led suicide prevention trainings and volunteered for programs like Youth Mental Health First Aid. These experiences deepened her dedication to supporting mental wellness in others.

Outside of her professional work, Sam finds joy in yoga, hiking, snowboarding, and spending time in nature. She sees movement as a creative and healing practice—a way to explore the self and foster personal growth. A lifelong learner, she is currently working toward her Certified Wellness Coach credential and plans to pursue additional certifications in trauma-informed yoga, expressive dance therapy for trauma, meditation, and breathwork.

Sam believes that through reconnecting with our bodies, we can deepen self-awareness, build resilience, and create lasting healing.
