Olivia Cerda

Olivia Cerda is currently the Master Scheduler and Administrative Assistant at Neurotherapy of Colorado Springs. She is the person that will greet you on the phone and when you first walk into our office. Olivia is fluent in Spanish and helps us provide our services to our Spanish speaking clients. She is pursuing her degree in psychology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Prior to her work here, she had years of experience in customer relations which helps our ever-evolving scheduling process. Olivia has always been outgoing, loves putting a smile on everyone’s face, and has a way with making people happy when they are around her. She has lived in Colorado Springs for eight years and loves everything about it from the mountains to the nostalgic history. She enjoys being in nature, her two cats, her large collection of plants and spending time with friends. She loves antiquing, art history, and thrifting whenever she gets the chance, to find that diamond in the rough. Since joining the team, she has been able to apply the various healing modalities at the office to herself, which is deepening her interest in psychology studies at school.
