Tanya Johnson, BS, Administrative Manager

Tanya Johnson is the Administrative Manager at Neurotherapy of Colorado Springs and an essential member of our leadership team. She completed her neurofeedback technician training under Chris Edwards and Alexa and is currently advancing her education through a Master of Arts in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation from National University. Tanya also obtained her Master Certified Life Coach Certification through the Certified Life Coach Institute and is continuing the credentialing process to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). In addition, she holds a certification in Alpha-Stim and Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES), which allows her to help clients integrate this powerful tool into their care.
Tanya’s path to our clinic has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to service and connection. She holds an Associate of Arts in Business and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Phoenix. Earlier in her career, Tanya served in the United States Army as a medic, where she gained hands-on medical training in patient care, from administering IVs to maintaining health records. After an Honorable Discharge, she worked across a variety of fields, building a diverse skill set that she now brings to her role at Neurotherapy of Colorado Springs.
Known for her genuine warmth and ability to connect, Tanya has a natural gift for making people feel heard and supported. She often says, “People just want to be seen and heard. Being present in someone’s moment can change their day.” This belief underpins her approach to client care and team support.
At Neurotherapy of Colorado Springs, Tanya ensures the smooth operation of our clinic while also deepening her clinical knowledge in neurofeedback, consciousness studies, and life coaching. Her unique blend of administrative leadership, clinical training, and compassionate presence makes her a bridge between clients, clinicians, and the heart of our practice.
“I feel like I finally found the place I was meant to be. Coming to work doesn’t feel like work—I truly look forward to each day.”
When Tanya isn’t working, she enjoys writing, reading, listening to music, and traveling. Most of all, she loves spending time with her three children, close friends, and extended family.
